THIS LABEL IS BACKED BY A FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Brooks Leather Sportswear warrants leather garments with this label to be free from defects in workmanship and materials (including thread, zippers, lining and tanned leather) for a period of five (5) years from date of purchase .

Should any failure to conform to the warranty appear within the five year period, simply call us toll free at 888-698-3705 for authorization to return your garment freight prepaid. We will repair or replace the garment at our discretion, free of charge, if , in our judgement , it is defective.

This limited five year warranty does not cover damage to the leather, change in the physical appearance of the leather, wrinkles, cracks, creases, tears, rips, or scratches resulting from normal wear and tear, abnormal wear,accident or abuse,or damage caused by improper cleaning or care.

BROOKS LEATHER SPORTSWEAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY WHICH OCCURS WHILE WEARING A BROOKS LEATHER GARMENT.

This limited five year warranty is the only written warranty which covers BROOKS LEATHER garments bearing Brooks’ exclusive label. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in duration of this written warranty. There are no other warranties, whether express or implied, which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. BROOKS LEATHER does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with its leather garments.
This warranty specifically excludes all garments manufactured and distributed by the company without the exact BROOKS label above.
